Caramel Corn
2C. packed brown sugar
1/2C. light corn syrup
2 sticks butter
Mix sugar, syrup, butter in heavy pan. Bring to boil & cook 5min.
Remove from heat. Add:
1/2t. baking soda
pinch of Cream of Tarter
Dash of Salt.
Pour over 8Qts. of popped corn. Mix thoroughly. Bake 200 degrees for 1Hr.
in roaster pan. Cool on wax paper. Separate & Enjoy!
